I guess our approved/proposed system is worth for the three or more years of learning. Though it is common as said by our new teacher. For us students being able to create a system with a given short period of time it is worth.
Our first proposal was rejected by our teacher. As for her, the institution is very small and thinks that they don't have to spend money in order to have a simple record keeping. So she introduced to us the HR Information System, and so we decided to make a system for the HR of the university. And that is how we arrived with this proposal.
