Going to Boracay from Iloilo is easy as one, two, three.
At Iloilo you have to go to Tagbak Terminal, then ride Ceres bus that have a route to Caticlan.
You have to pay P350/pax, that is 5-6 hours ride.
When you arrive at Caticlan, you could choose a fast craft or a boat to go to Boracay.
for fast craft you have to pay (15-20 mins ride):
- 30Php/pax for fare
- 50Php/pax for terminal fee
- 75Php/pax for environmental fee
for boat you have to pay (10-15 mins ride):
- 25Php/pax for fare
- 50Php/pax for terminal fee
- 75Php/pax for environmental fee
Then when you arrived at Boracay you have to ride tricycle to go to your hotel or cottages. You have to pay 20Php/pax.
We stayed at St. Vincent Cottages located at station 2. We got a room 1200Php(off peak season) that is good for 4-5 pax, cheap isn't it?
You could also go to Guimaras its only 15 min ride of boat from Iloilo and only costs you 15Php/pax.
